Don't fit at all.
I have the , Philips Ultinon Pro9000 LED and the Philips Ultinon Pro9100 LED and this Philips adapter rings type P for LED headlight bulbs (H7) don't fit neither one ??. I returned them very disappointed.

Not for MK5 Golf as the Philips Website states...
The Philips website said this was the correct adaptor for a MK5 Golf (Non Zenon headlight), I think Stevie Wonder signed this off. It's not even close!I'd be happy to work with Philips to design a set, but it's probably not worth it from their point of view, so I'll make my own.

Awful
I had Philips LED H7 bulbs and this what went with them. The designers should rip up there blue prints and don't bother make them again. The hole where the bulb goes is to small. Had to do some DIY so the bulbs fit. BEWARE, YOU BEEN WARNED

I tried these after buying cheaper aftermarket versions. Still can’t get these to seat in the headlight. Ouch.
