I was able to put it together easily by myselfIt looks exactly how I wanted it to. I like the way the sides of it turn up as armrests.It feels sturdy and comfortable, but I'm sure that's because it's new and will soften with use. I really recommend you get this futon!

I was looking for a smaller futon/couch for my home office as sometimes I like sitting in places other than my office chair. This was highly rated for the price so I thought I'd take a chance on it. I'm glad I did!When it arrived, it was very easy to put together. Just had to screw in the legs and put it upright. While I could have done this by myself, it went a lot faster having help. It is also a bit heavy to carry by yourself, so beware of that.Comfort level is pretty good; although I rated that a 4 out of 5, just because there are parts of the futon where you can feel the frame while sitting on it. Overall, very comfortable to lay down and sit on.I like the flexibility of having the arms or not, and the ability to choose how upright I would like to be. It is perfect for my height (5'2"); however, anyone taller than 6 ft will have parts of their body hanging off of it, should they try to lay down.

I ordered this item because I wanted something that would fit into a small space, provide some seating for general use, and also unfold to be used as a bed now and then. Plus look good. I had already tried a "daybed" in that spot, but it turned out to be too large and looked out of place., making the whole room look unbalanced. This compact futon turned out to be the perfect item for me. It was easy to assemble and looks great. I did contact the seller because the delivery people left the package (which was definitely heavy) by the road at the end of my long driveway instead of bringing it to my porch. I had to hire someone with a truck to bring it to my house. The seller was not only receptive to discussion about this problem, they also compensated me with a generous rebate for the cost and extra trouble in getting it to my house. So I give them 5 stars.

Easy to put together, not as soft as I was hoping and not as long as I thought it would be.. it does sleep well after you put a mattress pad and covers on it

It's not comfortable at all..the center piece that combines the furniture together creates an unstable center that feels like laying on raw metal. I bought a 3" comforter and laid a thick blanket over it. This makes it bearable and worth keeping for the price, however out of the box is not very appealing.

Very uncomfortable to sit on and don't even want to try to sleep on it. Also much too low for easy access for my older bones. My cats like sleeping on it so I guess it's their bed now. At least it's easy to clean off their fur.

I got this futon in the gray material, and it looks exactly like the picture (dark gray). Super easy to assemble (one person job, about 5 minutes), seems sturdy. I have it in my SheShed/Office space, and it fits perfectly. Back lays down quickly and easily. I don't think it would hold up to everyday life in a busy/active household, but for an office it is perfect

I love the leather look. Despite it's weight, it was easy to put together except for one screw that holds the two pieces together. The holes did not match the distance with the metal piece otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.Totally matches my leather recliner.I'm wondering if I should invest in the 2-year warranty.
