Great Wireless Headset
I'm a little late for a review - I actually bought this headset back in February of 2024. It's been amazing - hasn't failed (knock on wood) and the ear covers are super soft and comfortable. I would purchase another pair - thank you again

Work From Home Perfect!
Absolutely happy with this headset! Plug and play works as designed. I appreciate that the brand has an app that allows me to control the settings from my mobile device. My only complaint is that my ears are a little sore from wearing 8 hours over the course of a work day but I tend to have that problem with other headsets I've used as well. I felt the price was also fair compared to similar models/brands but like that this has a range extender that allows me to get to other parts of my two story home without disrupting connection.

Finally freedom from my desk
I like that I can get up and walk around while I’m on a call. The people on the other end say I sound. I like I speak much quieter now but is still easily heard. Sound quality is very good. Bought the stand which is a charger. Battery life is good but I’m not on it all day. Very comfortable for longer calls but I wonder if I could wear this all day. I just don’t know that one, but if I had to be on a really long call I’d be happy knowing I had this.

Not recommended. Had to return due to flaw in on/off switch
I was able to use these headphones for 17 days before they failed and I had to return them. Overall I was happy with these headphones while I was using them. The call quality was good, and anything wireless would have been a big step up from my wired headphones. One minor annoyance was that it takes a precise hand movement to place the headphones on the charging stand without bumping the ear padding into the top of the charging stand. Over an extended time does bumping would likely damage the ear padding. But this wasn't a problem for me because I had to return them long before that could happen. Another annoyance I noticed right away was that the power switch felt flimsy and I was concerned it might eventually break. Sometimes when turning off the power I noticed a strange delay as if the power switch didn't actually cause a physical disconnect and instead only sent a signal to a computer internally which sometimes didn't respond promptly to the shutdown request. What ended up happening was that today this switch completely failed to function, and I was unable to shut off the power at all. They remained powered on, connected to Bluetooth, and receiving audio despite the power switch being off. Basic troubleshooting efforts were unsuccessful. It's unacceptable to have a device that can't be switched off, so I immediately returned the headphones. Some quick googling reveals that other customers have had the same problem where Poly Voyager headsets cannot be turned off. It's probably a design flaw that will surface sooner or later for many people.

I love my headset!
I love this headset, I work from home and answer calls all day, but I like to be able to move around my house and clean or do what I need to do without being tided to my desk all day. One thing though When you are using it with soft touch phone like AWS system, you cannot answer the call with the call button on the headset. I have to press answer on my computer screen to be ableTo answer AWS soft phone call. Other than that, it is a great buy! I love mine!

Cumbersome to use.
TLDR: If this product went to short beep audio indicators and toggling mute by raising and lowering the mic boom, usability would skyrocket.I don't know why product engineers do not pay more attention to muting and unmuting, and ease of determining mute status. I feel like a Teams Certified headset should HAVE TO NAIL this.Mute Buttons Suck: Let Me Tell You WhyMute buttons suck because you usually can't see them. Even with the best of implementations, you grope around your headset trying to find it. Also, you have no visual reminder of your mute status unless you are looking at the screen and Teams is in the foreground. Instead, I wish muting were controlled by raising and lowering the mic boom. This would function both as an intuitive mute toggle control, and a non-intrusive, non-audio mute status indicator. (I was aware of the mute button on this product. I held my nose and bought it because I didn't see a better option. It's a market opportunity, designers!!!)Wordy Audio Indicators are UnintuitiveI do not like the audio indicators on this product. When you hit the mute button, the headset says, "mute on" or "mute off" in English. This is a bad design. When I hear "mute on!" my brain translates this to "On! Go! Talk!", when it really means, "Don't talk!" In my opinion, if a trilingual software developer (whose native language is English) clumsily fumbles with your product to go off mute, you have an interface design problem, not a user training issue.Speed of Use is Important--Words Are Too SlowIf I have to wait for the headset to say "Mute Off" before I can talk, it interrupts the flow of the conversation more than necessary and makes this product cumbersome to use. Your audio indicators should be short, unintrusive beeps. A high pitched beep means "On, Talk", a low pitched beep means "Off, Don't Talk", and the "You're talking while muted" alert should a short bip-bip at the same pitch as "Off, don't talk".I bought this product because it has a charging stand, good battery life, and good noise cancellation. But the implementation of the mute feature is killing me.

Good Value
Still early but so far very good. I downloaded the app to my laptop and two iPhones. The headset connected immediately to all three devices. I did watch a quick video on YouTube beforehand which made the process much clearer. The charging stand works very well and worth the extra cost. Plus set has sufficient adjustment range to comfortably fit over my big head. Sound quality is fine as is the mic function. I only wish I bought this sooner.
