Q: How does the glass door open in order to put the host in? It won't twist, turn, or pull open...

I returned this monstrance after I bought it but I remember the host fits in the metal holder that you pull out and slide back in. You open it from the back not from the glass luna in front. I hope that makes sense? You have to wiggle the metal holder out a bit
