Like the original battery
I have purchased the battery for over a month. It fits my pc as well as the original battery. I cannot say how long it will serve me, but for this time it keeps battery for almost 4 hours.

Worked fine for 3 months, and then went completely dead.
The laptop I'm using is 7 years old, though works perfectly fine. Its original battery died in 3 years and I had bought a replacement (not from HP) that lasted 3 years. After working pretty well for the first 3 months, this battery went completely dead. Coincidently, it was after the 90 day return period, but Amazon's customer service was kind enough to process a replacement. I don't have high hopes, but if this was a faulty battery, and the replacement works well, I'll post an update.Update: The replacement battery is definitely better, and even though it's been less than ninety days, I'm trying to use my laptop more without plugging it in and it does almost 2.5 - 3 hours. For reference, it's a core-i7 with a graphics processor, so that's the timing I used to get with its original battery. I'm still not sure how long it will last, but I hope this one fair's better than the last one.
