Saying it was new, but it’s not.
This is the shiny magikarp which was a promo from target in 2016. I love magikarp and I’m happy to have this card, but I went for the seller cause it said “new” but when I got it, it was in a sleeve in a hard plastic sleeve which is not new more like used. New would be still in the Plastic packaging. not opened and having scratch marks on it in which is how I received mine. Main reason I gave it a 3 stars, but I am happy I have this card.
