I’ve had it in refrigerator for 2-3 mos and it’s still fresh and tasty.

There is no English on the label at all. Nothing.

Q: Is there any bitterness? Is this aromatic?

It is tart, not bitter, and smells like delicious grapefruit/lemon. I use it often instead of lemon juice.
