Great portable heater with an elegant design
Perfect heater for the room when the heat pump could not provide enough heat due to the freezing temperature outside. A mix of both heat pump unit and this unit save $$ for the Winter nights!

Worth it!
It’s surprisingly quiet, which is great for working or sleeping, and the safety features like the tip-over shutoff and overheat protection give me peace of mind. The adjustable temperature settings are easy to use, and the compact design makes it easy to move around or store when not in use.

Excellent product
This is a wonderful product. It keeps you warm in the winter and it keeps you cool in the summer.

...third time's a charm!
This heater is exactly as described on product specs. I have had a difficult time finding a space heater that meets my needs--two failures that did not heat as advertised. This one "could" have more bells an whistles (ie. degree-specific thermostat setting, oscillation, remote, etc.), but unit heats my living room just fine. Definitely meets my needs!!

Great Heater But Quality Control Issues.
I left a previous review and the same applies. The first one I ordered, a white one worked great. It is quiet, louvre adjustable, and light. A brilliant design. Then I ordered two black ones. Both were duds, one doa and one vibrated and smelled. I still wanted another one so I waited until heating season started and ordered another white one. This one works fine, is a little noisier than the first perfect one. It will buzz a little bit intermittently. I probably will keep it. Just a reminder. If it comes in shrink wrap over the box, KEEP the the shrink wrap with the Amazon sticker or UPS will give you a hard time returning in just the box. If the Amazon sticker is directly on the box they will take it. Keep whatever has the Amazon sticker on it. To take the base off to put it back in the box follow the arrows. When you finally get a good one, it is so great, it is worth risking getting a bad one and having to send it back. Save ALL packaging until you decide. Can use it during Zoom meetings because the perfect one is so quiet.

Great light weight heater
I ordered this heater after having another brand overheat. This heater is lightweight and puts out a great amount of heat to comfortably heat my home office. There are 2 heat settings and the lower setting heats my 10x12 office easily, even on very cold days. The best feature of this heater is that it is extremely quiet and I use it while doing Teams calls and taking phone calls with no problems hearing others. I would highly recommend this product to others and I have a family member that already ordered one after seeing mine.

A pretty terrible heater.
While more attractive than most, this heater should be avoided at all costs. At nearly $90, it is incredibly expensive for the poor performance you get. A small, noisy and rattling squirrel cage blows air out from a mostly hollow body. The angle adjustment is minimal and due to the height of the heater, it can only blow higher up. Cold toes? They're gonna stay freezing. The adjustment knub also doesn't lock into place. It will slip down on its own.I expected more from a Honeywell product but this is actually just Honeywell branded but the device is manufactured by some no name company with poor warranty support. Yes, you will have to contact a third party to warranty claim your Honeywell heater. What an absolute joke of a product.

Not like it used to be
I purchased this one thinking it would be as good as a Honeywell model I had for several years that was fantastic. It’s not. 1. Plugged into the same circuit as the old one with no other changes and blew the 15 amp breaker. Not once but three times. I reduced the load on the circuit and it worked but no where near as well as the old one. 2. Detected the smell of burning wiring but could never locate it. This continues at random times but I cannot find any hot spots or smoke. 3. This morning, it turned itself off for no apparent reason, I turned it back on without delay and it continues to run even now, several hours later. I need to depend on this heater to prevent an area otherwise not heated from freezing a water line. I obviously cannot trust it to run if I have to be there to turn it back on even if it is not apparently overheating and was set to maintain 70 degrees. I don’t know what to think about the brand but I have purchased a different manufacturers model. It’s a real bummer since I thought I could depend on the brand.
