Lenovo Legion Gaming Laptop Bag, Double-Layered Protection, Dedicated Storage Pockets

Hello Amazonians, After buying the Lenovo Legion y740 15" gaming laptop, the next step was to buy the protection for the equipments that I had under my possession and the Legion series has 2 types of Backpacks:1.) Lenovo Legion Armoured backpack (the bigger gamer type backpack) and2.) Lenovo Legion Recon (its smaller and more multipurpose professional looking cousin and also the unit that i am reviewing here).To give you an idea how big my Lenovo Legion Recon 15.6 backpack is:I store my Legion 15.6" laptop + 230V Charger + powerCable + Macbook Air 13" + Corsair K70 Mechanical Keyboard 17" inLength + Corsair M65 gaming mouse + Corsair MM600 dualSided Gaming Mouse pad (12" x 14") + 2xPS4 Dual Shock controllers.The front of the backpack has the Legion logo in vertical running matte black on the matte (slightly soft type textured rubber portion that is also a housing compartment for any type of Laptop Charger+PowerCable).This backpack is grey in colour but a good darker shade of grey and material is a thick better quality denim like material which feels premium and well stitched from all sides.The backpack has 2 side pockets (open and NOT zipper) on either side but will NOT accomodate any type of liquid carrying container instead can be used to keep less important chits, paper etc.Shoulder straps are well cushioned and adjustable but has no clips that can provide a chest type locking mechanism when worn.It has a strolley holder strap so that the backpack can be slided on the handle of a strolley.Starting from the back of the bag, the last compartment will house the laptop upto 17 inches in size very well and it is well cushioned from all sides, All zipper are covered with a good quality fabric to prevent water from seepage issues and will provide better protection in light rains as well but it is recommended to buy a Dust/Rain/Water cover for this backpack.The middle compartment has a width/thickness of about 11 cms (4.5 inches) and can house a number of items like a 2nd laptop upto 17inches with Charger brick+PowerCable and/or food storage compact tiffin cases with a Water Bottle as well. This middle compartment has 2 small pockets for mobile and other accessories as well.The front and last compartment swells/expands upto 1-1½ inches (approx. 3 cms) in width for extra storage with separate holders for 3 x pens and other knickknacks like keys, pendrives, portable hard drives etc.Note for Dust/Rain cover for this backpack: As I also needed a Dust Cover for my Lenovo Legion Recon 15.6" backpack, hence ordered the Solimo 30litre capacity Dust/Rain cover for a quick prime delivery. The fabric quality is good and helps to keep your backpack safe from water (while travelling in light to mild rains) and from dust (when just storing the bag in house). Quality feels premium to touch and it is big enough to accomodate/cover larger backpacks as well (meant for 17" laptop backpacks too).(pics + video attached with this review).Amazon's inHouse brands like AmazonBasics, Solimo etc. have a good reputation of being reliable, cost effective and of good quality as well overall making it a valueForMoney for customers. The dust cover utself comes in a nice little pouch which can then be used separately to keep items like wallet+charger+cord in it as an added protection from water hazards while travelling with it. The dust cover has a clip at the back too to keep it firmly covered and inPlace to provide optimum protection either travelling or storing your backpacks in the house.Kindly mark the review Helpful if it assisted you in buying/considering this item for purchase.

The bag certainly is of high quality, its very well paded and has lots of small and big pockets inside to hold various electronic devices, like iPads, mice, powerbanks, earphones and etc, the rear end of the bag has been made out of a very high quality material and it seems its going to last long, the chains are of high quality for sure, there's a dedicated laptop compartment. The bag has a certain rigidity to its structure and i don't whats going to happen if its bent forcefully, the front side of the bag has been layered by certain material of good quality but i think thats going to get scratched over the years. I use a acer predator 15.6 inch laptop and it fits easily within the laptop compartment. The only thing i didn't liked about the bag is its side pockets are too small to fit a 1 litre water bottle. Its certainly pricey at 2675 bucks but kind of justifies its price

A really good laptop bag with additional storage so you can use it as backpack bag. Seems durable and finishing is good too. It has separate compartments for your phone, charger etc . However the side pockets for storing water bottles are too small and not really usable.

A very good looking laptop bag that can carry your laptops and peripherals. But please note that it cannot be used for light travel purposes like we do with every other laptop bag. Once your laptop, charger, mouse and other devices go in, your clothes and underwears will have little space. It's perfect for the purpose that it was made for. It can be used for either your laptop or your travel purposes only.

Pros:1. Solid looks2. Spacious3. Good Quality cloth material & chain used4. Great rubber base for rough useCons:1. Whole bag should be water proof or water & dust proof cover should be given2. Costly (not upto the mark if cost is considered)

I was hesitant at first because of the relatively higher price, but ultimately decided that to protect a laptop that's far more valuable, it's justified to spend a little for a good bag. The bag feels really solid and durable. The storage capacity is a bit limited, but you should be fine for the most part - for reference, I can reasonably fit a Legion laptop and charger (and that charger is pretty big), a phone charger, a tablet, a pair of headphones, a mouse, and some miscellaneous items, like masks, medicines, etc. Overall, a product worth the price.

The top part is rexcine, and the bag's straps are not so good quality as you would demand from Lenovo company but the bag is spacious and the main bag quality is durable and nice 👍 but in 3k I would expect more from Lenovo company. As the device's are so outstanding but the bag not so good quality.

Pretty decent. Bought it for my laptop Lenovo Legion 5i. Good storage capacity, seems durable, understated design. Goes well with the laptop.
