This is the only sea moss that I buy in supplement form. It doesn't have any extra stuff in it, just sea moss. Has many positive benefits including great impact on the immune system and more energy. This is the first time I order Just Sea Moss. Usually I order sea moss with bladderwack but decided to try these. I take two a day in the morning before eating anything. I usually don't eat until 2pm. I have noticed less mucus but no change in my energy. It may be because I am going through some emotional turmoil and swimming in an ocean of sadness, but with respect to what I do notice, less mucus for sure. I have Hashimoto's disease and have stopped taking thyroid medication. In the past, sea moss have made my blood come back to normal with out the meds, but I haven't been to the doctors for 2 years, so not sure what is going on. Don't switch things up without your doctor monitoring you, it works different for everyone so make sure you consult before stopping any prescribed meds.

First I’ll say that these capsules are easy to swallow, and there is no bad taste or side effects. I noticed a difference in less than two weeks. I’m not congested. I suffer from allergies and sinus congestion all year round, and I’ve noticed that I can breathe easier. I’ve also noticed that my midsection has gotten smaller which is always a plus.
