These Blackstone griddle tongs have been a great addition to my outdoor cooking setup. It is a good product, but I only use it when seasoning the grill otherwise it’s never used since it’s so long. I actually really only use the spatulas for the griddle. Take your time and see what “you really need”.

The square design is a major plus over the traditional scalloped oval design.Aside from managing food on the griddle the square end is perfect for securing a folded paper towel pad to clean the griddle top . The old style are only useful for managing food. Cleaning with a paper towel secured in the jaws offers less surface area and the tongs will contact the top causing scratches to the seasoning
