Q: Saggy results from anyone? How long?

I really like this cream and my skin looks good but I think the only real way to firm the neck is surgery, which I am not gonna do!

Yes it works on face or laugh lines. Use it daily.

Q: Does this firming cream for face and neck help minimize lines on neck and looser skin?

Not really! It just seems to moisturize the skin really well. I still have the neck lines but slightly (ever so slightly) smoother looking. I had better results with a more expensive brand.
