I ordered this for a driveway alarm and I put the furthest receiver in a metal shed. It would prevent the signal from being received, but moving the receiver near a window solved that issue. I believe the range is around 600ft and there is a house in between the transmitter and receiver.This is well built and waterproof. Easy to adjust and easy to use.

Bought the Guardline driveway alarm in August. Hooked up easily and worked like a charm. After about 4 months decided to add an additional receiver. Couldn’t pair it and called customer service who immediately told me to return it and order another one. I did and when the second receiver wouldn’t pair, thought maybe I was doing something wrong. Contacted customer service once again, this time sending a detailed email of steps I had taken to try to pair it. Within 30 minutes I had a response and a solution. I had ordered the wrong receiver for my 1/4 mile alarm. Returned it, received the correct receiver and had it up and running in about 30 seconds. I live at the end of a long driveway and love the advance notice of someone driving into my house, especially when I am alone.

We bought this as an add on to use when we're out by the pool. When it's INSIDE the pool house area plugged in, it works great, but when we unplug it and try it only two feet away, outside on the wall, it doesn't seem to work?? I'm sure there's a resolution, just have to figure it out. We can bring the receiver from INSIDE our home outside and it works just fine from the exact same spot, so I know it's not because of interference or our choice of where we're placing the receiver. It's brand new with brand new batteries, so more trouble shooting I suppose. We have NOT contacted the distributor yet, trying to resolve the problem on our own first if possible.

Never surprised, know when someone is coming to the house

We have 2 sets of these on our property. One for our house and another for our business location on the same property. The one at the house lets us know when someone comes through the front gates with one tone and when they continue on to the business side of the property with another tone. If we don't hear the second tone we know it's a delivery to the house or a house visitor. If we hear a second tone we know they are going to the business location. At the business the first tone happens when they cross through the business gate and then a second tone when they pull up to park. Since both locations are large we are not always in a position to see the car pulling up so it is really helpful. I would totally recommend these. They are easy to install and can withstand the weather. You can mount them to trees or posts.

This unit would not connect with the sensor unit. The second unit continues to work fine.

The sensors aren’t dependable at all, some days they work some days they don’t. Very inconvenient set up.

Love, love, love these alarms! I have 3 on my driveways and one on each of our 4 entry doors. The driveway alarm let's you know if someone pulls in and the ones I use as door alarms only sound when someone is actually at any of our doors. Living in the country, it gives you piece of mind. We also have a camera on the driveway to see who pulls in because it's not visible from our living room. This is one of our very best investments. We've had them for over 2 years with no problems at all. They are super easy to install and set up. Great instructions.
