Good replacement
So glad that i was able to get a replacement! It is just as good quality as my original and I can use all the same internal components. The color and everything is exactly the same as before. Thankfully none of the lights or anything broke when my original fell. Lesson learned when it comes to hanging anything. Read the instructions!

Trust the process
Its not that impressive materials wise. When i opened the box i was prepared to be disappointed but everything comes together easily and i am very pleased with the end result.

A good option when you can’t put in a ceiling light
At first thought about buying two of these, but after installing this one and using it for the past month, it works much better than I thought it was going to. Build quality is above average and sits flush enough to the corner. I will say a pretty solid option for those who can’t or don’t have an option to put in a ceiling light.

Proper Corner Placement Is Key
Absolutely love these in the small bedroom I installed them in (ended up getting a second one because the first one was so totally brill). But here's the key to "loving" them. First, make sure that when you are fitting it into the corner, that you firmly push it into each side wall with the "V" end firmly into the corner. The little screw brackets will bend to fit as you push in. Then mark where the screws will go with pencil, this is key to getting a good fit after you apply the self-adhesive foam strips. Next, when it comes to the self-adhesive light-blocking strips, apply them to the very edge of the two sides that go against the walls, (not the flat back of the fixture). Do this after you have first fit the light frame into the corner. Then, drill the holes for the screws, gently press the light frame with the foam strips attached, up into the corner (you may have to gently poke along the edges of the strips to make sure they are flush with the edge of the frame against each wall) then screw in the screws. I followed these steps for both lights and they both fit firmly into two corners with no light bleed around the edges. As to light bulbs; I purchased daylight led bulbs that are brighter than the bulbs the lights came with. Yes, it's extra money, but the finished product is a way better light spectrum than the yellow-y shade of original lights....just my personal preference here. The other thing I did for a finished look, and because the main plug-in I was using for the first light was one of those that is connected to the light switch to the room (no ceiling light in the room), I snipped off the original plug-in head and spliced in a trimmed extension cord with a 360 degree swivel head that I plugged into that receptacle that is tied to the light switch. And then I installed diminutive single cord covers over the entire line and it works perfectly....just in case someone else has the same room setup. All in all, I would do this again and may decide to if the next house I buy has the same light switch dilemma. I love that none of the floor or side table space is taken up by a lamp with enough light for the room, but mostly, I can walk in and flip the switch and the light comes on. Then if I need extra light, I can go to the other corner and use the existing toggle switch to turn the second light on. Can't say enough good stuff about these very affordable very functional lights.

Not as described
Not as described. It was supposed to be a corner lamp. Ended up being a desk lamp

Simple, Effective Solution for Bothersome Problem
I live in a very old apartment that doesn’t have many light fixtures. I had been using smart floor lamps primarily, however they take up some small, but valuable real estate and seem to frequently need to be re-connected to the smart home. This fixture is a really simple, elegant solution. I put in a high lumen smart bulb, and it takes up zero floor space. The single fixture with the high lumen bulb lights the 18 by 12 ft living room very effectively. I would suggest getting 2 for a room that large (I still have a floor lamp on the other side) but it’s been fantastic. It also has a manual switch on the cord if you don’t want to go the smart bulb route. Overall, this met a high expectation at a low cost. Also very easy to set up.

Too dim
Cute but not bright enough

Decent
The cover reduces how much light goes to the room by half.. the cover off, room is bright, cover on, it’s dark. I have 1900 candela bulbs in.
