Better engineering needed and safety concerns
I have now owned one for 2.5 yearsThe buggy is initially great with being decent off road and able to cope with different fittings/seats so we went from pods to seats.Longer term use has identified some problems with the buggy.Minor issues are things like the choice of fasteners for different areas. For example lots of the seat is secured via a zip, this however does lock at the end of the zip or have button/popper to help hold. Imagine having jeans with no top button the zip will pull open and in this case it’s not always easier to pull back together.A major and safety issue is the rear wheel lock. This is essentially a bent piece of metal that expands into holes when the lever is pushed down. This is reliant on the rear wheels being a set distance apart. Unfortunately the only thing stopping the lateral pressure on the wheels is a metal rod with push caps on each end. If these pop loose once then they can be pushed back on but don’t retain strength and will constantly come off (even after trying to glue). This allows the wheels to spread which causes two very major issues. The wheel lock no longer stays up and can drop locking the wheels when you don’t want and also the locking mechanism is then loose so can either not lock or works itself free when you do want it to.Overall this feels like it’s over engineered and under-tested.

Would recommend.
Nightmare to assemble, interchangeable units for car seat/carry cot etc not as streamlined as other brandsBut, once in use is absolutely fantastic. Fits through all doors s single buggy would. The turning circle on it is incredible. So so easy to maneuovre compared to an icandy all terrain I used with my first.

Comfy buggy but brakes are dangerous
Good buggy for my disabled daughter and 9 month old son. They are both comfy at the moment and it gives good postural support.I am disappointed however that the brakes don't work as they should do, infact they don't even work!!! Very dangerous as the buggy can speed up going down banks.

Too tight, not convenient for toddlers
The seat can’t be put in an upright position so it’s not suitable for toddlers. It was too tight and was not convinient for my 1 Year old twins.

Shop4Baby - avoid
Good pram. Unfortunately the handle began to disintegrate within 6-months of purchase. Shop4Baby couldn’t be less helpful in rectifying this. Very disappointed.
