It feels like water but it is so soothing and it immediately dries down. You really need to use a good cream on top of this to lock in the moisture. It feels wonderful and the scent is minimal but clean. I love Cica in my skincare since it really helps with healing and any irritations.This comes in a safety-sealed plastic bottle with a built-in dispenser and contains 200ml. When I first opened the package, I had to unscrew the cap and remove the safety seal. More than half of the safety seal was not sealed down on the bottle.95% of the writing on the box is in Korean. I used google translate to read it but it only had a generic “apply to your skin and let it absorb.” I don't know at what point in the beauty cleaning routine I should use thisThe product listing gives some information on the product itself, but the instructions are clearly for a different product.I decided to try some on my hands and go from there. There's zero scent to it (which is fine). After rubbing it on my hands, it stayed tacky and sticky - I ended up just washing it off.I don't know. Nothing about this experience fills me with any confidence, and given that I have sensitive skin on my face, it's probably best for me to not use it.

I’ve used this serum a while now. It is super moisturizing and calming to my skin. I am prone to redness and I’ve noticed an improvement in this problem since using this.

I’m not sure why there are other reviews stating that this toner is sticky, but I shook the bottle before applying this toner (so maybe that would help) and I experienced no stickiness on my skin. Note that I do have dry skin, so perhaps it behaves differently on combination or oily skin. I found this toner to be extremely light. It has a watery consistency, yet very moisturizing. It absorbed into my skin very quickly, and as the instructions suggest, this should be used as the first step in a skincare routine, since you should always use the lightest formula first. You can easily apply another toner (if you’re into the layering routine) after this one because it is that light. Most of the instructions are in Korean, but the Amazon description gives a good breakdown of how to use this (though it seems to be for the same formula that comes on pads) - still it’s the same concept. I didn’t use pads to apply this - I just used my hands to splash it and then lightly massage onto my face. I think it would work well for those with sensitive skin as well, as it has soothing properties and doesn’t cause any irritation. For instance, I had just done a microdermabrasion scrub on my skin and this really soothed my skin after. Most importantly, this toner contains a slew of great ingredients to address skin health - including antioxidants, proven moisturizing ingredients, and healing ingredients(ie Cica, which is all the craze right now).
