Received juke box last week with no problemsOr damage. Works great and with lights on looks cool in my man cave.You will want the optional stand to give it more height.

Received it late paid for faster shipping and it was over a week late. Was broken on top & on the bottom right light broken in 2 spots. Very disappointed with the item i feel it is nothing but a over priced counter radio desktop radio its a light show yes the light feature is cool but the whole front is plastic. The window for the record player not glass. The sound horrible you would think for almost 2000 bucks it would have a decent sound nope no bass not loud. For the price for this i can buy a real jukebox might not look the same but i dont have 10 grand for a real jukebox like the one i bought. Customer service is a joke it is big and if you have to return it they must have a new person for every case they are giving me a hard time to return it i have to explain how i got it broken show pictures not once but another asked for photos then to ship it back the only label i got until i really complained i would have had to pay to ship it back they are very unprofessional. Packaging it basically comes in a double box with cardboard covering it no hard Styrofoam its really packed cheap i buy 1up arcades maybe if they packed it like 1up it may ship better i dont know but again almost 2000 bucks you would expect a little more i would not buy if you have high hopes for this jukebox

The overall appearance of the unit is very nice. Sound quality is relatively good with Bluetooth. CD player sounds good, but since they used the cheapest components the CDs skip. Brand new cleaned CDs skip. The turntable sound is horrible. I bought this unit as a stereo replacement in our music room. The best way I can describe the sound from the turntable is cheap transistor radio sound. No bass. After contacting Arkrocket the response I received was the unit is designed to reduce bass sound with turntable. So if you are looking for a quality sound to play high quality records, or records in general. This is not the unit for you. I also would like to add Arkrocket does NOT stand behind their products! They will ignore your emails and direct phone calls to the service technician (Matt.) Once the jukebox warranty was expired Arkrocket contacted me and made me offer to their upgraded version. I would be responsible for ALL shipping cost of shipping the jukebox to me as well as shipping original unit back. All I’m asking for is the upgraded turntable unit to be sent to me. I will install. Arkrocket refuses to do this. It’s all for looks which is very nice looking, just not a quality product!

My dad wanted this. He was so happy when he got this! It came as advertised. The sound is not perfect as others have written, but my dad was able to adjust to his liking ( he does wear hearing aids LOL) Anyway, it looks great and most important HE IS 81 AND HAPPY which makes me happy. Would recommend.

We bought this jukebox for our upstairs bonus/billiards room. The jukebox is great fun to use and really adds the right flavor to the room. The sound is very good, not great, but very good and the speaker is more than loud enough to fill the room. We added the base as an after-purchase item and I strongly recommend that you get one, too. It adds the right amount of size/height to the jukebox and really makes it stand out. The jukebox seems much smaller without it. NOTE: if you order the base then be very, very careful during the unboxing. The drawer is not secured in the base (or the box) and it slid right out while we were unboxing the base, crashed into our hardwood floor and took appreciable damage to the top left corner. Good news - I contacted Arkrocket, told them what happened and we already have the replacement drawer that they shipped to us at no cost! They provided excellent customer service. As for the jukebox, the only way to get better is to spend a whole lot more money. Overall I'm quite happy with this purchase and pleased with how it accentuates our adult play space. NOTE: This jukebox has an SD memory card slot and a USB port. However, it cannot use any memory card greater than 32 GB. And the SD card and/or USB thumb drive must be formatted to the FAT32 standard. FAT32 is just a method for storing data on SD cards, USB drives, hard drives, etc. So, if you get an ERR when trying to play from either then check and make sure you're not exceeding 32GB and that the memory card is formatted correctly. Easy Google searches will tell you how properly format the SD card or USB drive.
