Q: Will the smallest fit a pencil? And can you use a hair dryer?

I'm not sure how much of the pencil you plan to shrink wrap. Although, these shrink wraps are great; very easy to use. I don't know if you can use a blow dryer because I use a shrink wrap gun which I purchased here on Amazon. However, the description does not indicate that a blow dryer cannot be used.
