Happy to make this quick comment. IT WORKS WELL! I take 3 per night so 9 mg 30 minutes before bed and I noticed I get sleepy. Used to use a Walmart Spring Valley brand and it did not work like this brand does. Almost gave up using melatonin completely but decided to try this item. So happy I did. High quality product I can recommend. 👍

Helps me sleep

I heard taking melatonin may be useful for osteoporosis, which I have. This was the most reasonably priced trusted brand I could find. I might be getting slightly better sleep quality, though honestly not enough to be certain this caused anything there.

I was looking for a low dose product for my dog. My vet wanted me to supplement our dog with melatonin for her thyroid issue. She wanted a 3mg dosage and boy was I having a time of it trying to find it.... until I found these. THANK YOU! They are perfect. Reasonably priced, and nicely packaged. My dog is on the upswing and I think this has helped her along with her Rx medication she is given. Great product. I will be buying it again.

I'd leave a review but I'm usually sleepin when I take these

This stuff zonks me out within 30 minutes of me taking this at night. I do notice a "hangover" and have difficulty focusing / waking up in the morning afterwards. So I would be careful about planning whatever you have to do the next day especially if you have to wake up early.
