I haven’t finished the puzzle yet so I’m not sure about missing pieces, but I’m very pleased with how crisp the quality and color of the image is in the actual puzzle. The pieces are pretty sturdy, though I do notice that some layers appear in a piece when you take it apart from another piece it doesn’t connect to. I haven’t had a problem with it yet, you just have to be careful. There is no paper with the image but the image on the box itself is large enough to use as a guide!

Beautiful picture, but this was the most difficult puzzle I’ve ever done.One piece was missing, but I think my dog ate it. Otherwise I would have glued the puzzle together, never to have to do it again.

These puzzles are extremely well made. The photos are clear and beautiful. The pieces fit together cleanly. I love the view of London in this puzzle.

Great puzzle. Good quality and no missing pieces. If you’re looking for a little more challenging puzzle, this is it. Already ordered another of their puzzles.

Got this for my daughter in law who loves puzzles. Unfortunately the first one had a few duplicate pieces and a few missing pieces. They had no problem replacing it though. She hasn’t completed the new one yet so I hope it’s good.
