Worked for Me
The negative review(s) of this product put me off, but I wanted a Kohler OEM replacement cartridge for my leaking single handle kitchen faucet. This was the one specified by Kohler, so this is the one I bought. Installation a month ago took a couple of tries before I lined up the cartridge and seated the gasket properly. The water leak at the lever has stopped.

Worked well
I use it to replace old one in my kitchen faucet. Although Kohler should replace it for free under lifetime warranty policy, it was much faster and not expensive just to get on Amazon.It worked well, no regrets.
