It works great. Does the same job as the nail salon. It saved me time and money.

Works great for removing gel polish. Thought it was a rechargeable one but no, it needs to remain plugged in to work. I just grabbed an extension cord. No biggie.

Received this product fairly quickly. However, the box was damaged. The product looks nothing like what is pictured. Mine was pink. The product was also very, very light and no instructions came with. I plugged the unit in and turned it on, however, it did not turn on. I thought maybe I didn't have it connected properly, so I tried again. Still not working. I would not recommend this item. It is very cheaply made, too light to be considered of good quality. When I contacted the seller to return the item, I was told I would have to pay the postage to return a defective item. Not happy at all. Return postage would cost just about as much as I paid for the unit. Very poor customer service. Don't waste your money as I did!UPDATE:I have since contacted the Seller and told them about the situation. The seller agreed to send me a new one. I did receive the new one, tried it out and it works great! Thank you so much for your wonderful customer service. You are to be commended!

You must leave it plugged in at all times it will not work unless it's plugged in as it's not a battery operated but what's even worse it's only been used once and the motors already acting up and not wanting to work again would not recommend stay completely away from this product

I got this to do my own basic nail care at home. I use it lightly on natural, or regular glue on nails, so I cant speak on how it would hold up with daily use on something like acrylics. But for what I use it for, its been good, much better than I expected for the price! I was worried that when I applied pressure, it might not be powerful enough, and stop spinning. But it actually did just fine. The main thing I dislike about it so far is the length of the cord, its quite short. Its about 33 inches long. But since im just doing my own nails at home, I can make that work. If you're looking for something affordable to do your own nails at home, I'd say give it a try. Not sure how good of an option this would be to do clients nails though, the cord just seems too short and flimsy.

This made my day! I have significant nail psoriasis, which makes my fondernails and toenails very thick and clawlike. It was becoming difficult to wear shoes! But this guy is fantastic. It took some time, but I was able to shape my nails to “normal” nail shape again, for the first time in many years! The variable speeds and the different types of heads were really helpful, as I needed to be able to change things fairly frequently to get the results I was looking for. This little guy is super useful. It’s a little too powerful for fingernails, but the right head with a low speed makes it easier to work. The only cons I have is the length of the cord and that the body heats up fairly quickly. But neither of those are significant enough for me to be at all disappointed. I wish I’d taken before and after photos - it’s crazy, the difference!
