All rubber bands, NOT plastic & rubber
Quality all rubber products. The best! They have never broken or failed during use. I work with groups and never had a single issue with this product and highly recommend it.

Over priced . Too stiff for given weights.
Product over priced . Tubing is too stiff/hard for started equivalent weights. The blue band you can't even raise above your head, because it's too stiff.

Best resistance band
I tried another generic band and sent it back. The band was so narrow, it hurt my hands to hold and stretch it. Therabands are made correctly, are wider, and give the proper amount of resistance.

Feels safe and substantial
Preferred a name brand for these kinds of things to reduce chance of injury. Good quality with consistent lengths as I bought 2 of the lower resistant bands for crossover type exercises. Expect many more years of use from them.

Wow! These Theraband's have really added to my workout
I wasn't sure what to expect with these bands but they have really allowed me to add to my workouts, I am 57 and travel for business, I take various types of bands with me so I can workout as I don't have time to go to a gym,I like that I can carry these in my bag without a lot of added weight.I use these for presses and squats mostly, they are strong and thick.
