Excellent product. Great quality. Works well.
I make raviolis and soup wontons with mine. It's a great kit. I recommend using the Marcato flour dispenser with this because it does a great job of evenly coating surfaces with the flour that prevents sticking.

Excellent ravioli mold
Very pleased with the functionality of the mold. Make sure you sprinkle some flour on it before lining with your pasta sheet. Don’t press down on the indents just ensure you fill it completely with your filling (helpful to use a piping bag). Top with top pasta sheet and roll! Enjoy great ravioli :)

Il faut commander des 55x55 pour avoir des 50x50 !
Bien reçu dommage,il manque le petit rouleau en bois ! Et il n’existe pas en plus grande capacité x24

Gute Verarbeitung
Glaub es besteht aus Aluminium. Macht jedoch einen guten Eindruck. Beim ersten mal blieben die ravioli unten kleben wegen der rauen Oberfläche. Mit genug Mehl ging es dann. Also ich würde es empfehlen. Preis ist etwas teuer
