Work well, great fit.
Recommended by the podiatrist I went to for my plantar faucitis as I like to walk for exercise. Was concerned about how they would fit as I wear a wide shoe and the size was only offered in a regular fit but they inserted no problem and feel great,

Good for your feet
Like another reviewer, I've had plantar fasciitis troubles.I've tried the Dr S machine inserts... not worth the $$. Tried another brand, too stiff. Couldn't stand them. (pun intended)I Really needed to find the right shoe inserts for arch support, as the foot problems were causing knee and lower back problems too. When you're out of alignment, everything is messed up.So in hope of finding some relief, I bought 3 different styles of these Spenco inserts, for less than the price of the Dr S ones.I haven't tried the gel ones yet, but this style are really nice. Not too hard, and yes, maybe a little on the wide side, but for me they fit in my NB shoes okay. I just loosened the laces up some, and they are fine.I also put the "Total Support" style in my hiking boots, and they were great off roading last weekend.Def. getting some relief for my sore knee, and back pain is gone. For the price, def. worth the investment. I'm sure I will be purchasing these in the future.Good arch support, and comfy. As one reviewer said, might not fit in dress shoes though. They do run a bit wide, and not sure if trimming them on the sides would work.

Basic Insoles
Basic insoles that are no better than the factory insoles that came with the sneakers. Fine for walking around, but not great if you are looking for extra cushion for longer runs/walks.

I work in a hospital lab, I love these.
So as stated i work in a hospital laboratory. You wouldn't expect this job to involve as much physical activity as it does but I'm on my feet pretty-much my whole shift. I bought my first pair of these 7 months ago, immediately helped with foot pain at work and made my nights SO much easier. I average anywhere from 8k to 10k steps a day, sometimes even up to 14,000 or more. Recommended replacement time for shoe orthotics is about every 6 months (3 to 6 months for high activity/work shoes/athletics), my feet started hurting again about a week ago and I realized it's about time to change them out. Time for round 2! I will very likely be a repeat buyer of these as they've made a HUGE difference for me being on mt feet all day at work. I walk around even more now with these than I used to!

Amazing.
I'll probably buy another pair so I don't have to keep switching them. Amazing for workouts, casual, and whatever else.Cushioned, supportive, and great for a medium width foot and average arch.

These inserts are fabulous!
I suffered a catastrophic knee injury 14 years ago and almost lost my lower leg. 5 surgeries later, I still have a whole leg, but with nerve damage and subsequently struggle with finding the right shoe and most comfortable insert. Prescription orthotics haven’t worked well for me, but this one is just right. Not too hard or soft, not too thin or thick, and offers just the right cushioning for my on collapsing arch. Spenco is my go-to insert, and I’m incredibly grateful for a comfortable foot!
