Didn't really notice the difference after 30 tablets. obviously it will known after a blood test only. Will continue to purchase as this brand offers a good composition than others locally available.

I could not take this for more than 2 days because the smell overpowered my senses so much each time I opened it the bottle I stored them in, and I became so averse to reaching for them. I even lost my entire will to consume all other vitamins for a week as a result. Once I decided to just throw them out, my normal vitamin consumption pattern was resumed. If it was stated the strong smell is normal, then I'd take them ... otherwise I decided to trust my own judgement.
