Product only holds large bottles and is flimsy so it doesn’t work.

Works well but you need to adjust your technique
People seem to be having problems getting the drop into their eyes, not caught on the device. For it to work, you basically need to by lying on your back and the device should be at a 90 degree angle to your face and the ground. The drop needs to drop straight down into your eye, no angle at all.This might be unweildy for some, but if you do it that way, the drops will never miss your eye.

Hard to keep closed
I love the dispenser except I can’t keep it closed. I don’t know if it is the size bottle which is small or what.Solved problem by putting rubber bands on top and bottom edges. Now it stays closed when I squeeze the sides. Much easier to handle.

Purchased for family member who uses prescription daily eye drops. When alone has difficulty getting drops into eyes without wasting some. With this assistance device she can use drops alone without difficulty.

Waste of Money
This product does not work. Flimsy construction, parts do not stay together in order to function properly. In addition even the smallest eye drop bottles do not fit within the canister itself. The clip inside that is supposed to hold the bottle straight bends left and right causing the bottle to rotate sideways. Do not recommend.

Flimsy
Product not as advertised it is flimsy it falls apart and the instructions for using it are ridiculous. I will be returning this and I'm very disappointed. I did call the customer service to speak with them and I never got a call back.
