I have high prolactin levels due to a mental health medication i need to be on. Since this increases my risk of osteoporosis in later life i was advised to take vitamin supplements to help keep my bones strong. I am delighted with these, they include all the vitamins i had been advised to take and more. They are easy to swallow with no foul odour. These are certified so i know i can trust them. They come in a resealable tub which avoids them accidentally pouring out or becoming stale. I am very happy with the quality and although not the cheapest it's worth it to me since i wouldn't want anything i couldn't trust.

This is what I like. A supplement that focuses on what you require. Not filled with other supplements to make it look better value. With this I can take other vitamins separately to finely control the dose. With multivitamins the doses are all over the place and you have to examine carefully if you’re already taking say b complex vitamins separately. These are a good dosage for what they’re marketed for. Straight to the point no added extras just what you require. Well packaged easy to swallow and happy with continuing to take these with my other supplements.

As a calcium supplement these are rather low dosage, but they do also contain magnesium and vitamins D3 and K2. So, this is a mixed supplement rather than just calcium, and it's advertised as bone and muscle support - very important as we get older. The recommended daily dosage is 2 capsules and as there are 60 capsules in the container it would only last a month. So at a price of just under £18 I thought this was rather expensive.
