I love the little design on the blade. Very easy to use, definitely must have in your sourdough journery

a little hard to spin with out cutting myself, came loose when scoring and the blade flew out.

Comes in a nice storage pouch with a few extra razors. The device is easy to assemble but it would be nice if a little instruction paper came with it. I had to go to Amazon to figure out how to put the razor in. It’s well made and easy to do once you know how to assemble. It feels nice in your hand and helps to make pretty designs on your bread scoring. The blades are thin but are sharp enough to do the job and give and nice accurate cut. The functionality of it is nicer than the long lames. I had a longer handle lame but like that this one is in the hand for more precision.

I just started my sourdough journey and I haven't got to use this as much as wanted as I am still learning, but it works well and I love that it comes with its own little holder. It shipped fast and was well packed.

I cut my finger and thumb down to the bone with this horrific device. One slightly wrong angle sent me to the ER for stitches. Do not buy this to score your sourdough. Your fingers are not protected from injury and damn it hurts!

I really like this sourdough Lame Cutter! Made of wood and easy to put the razor blade in. It came with several razor blades and they are sharp!! Highly recommend this item.

The product has a nice little pouch to store it, and it comes with multiple blades in a small box. The only complaint I have at this time is that there are no instructions whatsoever! Like how far do I insert the blade into the lame? The blade has several open areas or holes running down the middle, so which opening does the middle screw of the lame go through? Also, the screw in the middle is quite tiny, so put your glasses on ladies before trying to open and close the lame.
