This canopy tent is honestly amazing. It was super easy to set up, even for just one person, as they promote. The fabric sidewalls go on quickly and stay in place really well, which is great for extra shade or privacy. The frame feels sturdy, and overall the quality is excellent. The wheeled carrying bag is a big plus—very practical and makes it easy to move around without effort.But what impressed me the most was Quictent’s customer service. I had a problem with some parts, and they were incredibly helpful. They responded very fast, honored the warranty with no issues, and sent me the exact parts I needed right away. Their communication was clear and professional, and they made me feel truly supported. It’s not easy to find that kind of service nowadays. I feel confident buying from them again because I know they stand behind their products. I’ve assembled and disassembled it several times myself, and it’s been a breeze every time. Highly recommended!

Customer service is great ! I’ve had to contact them two different times, neither of any fault of their own and they were nothing but helpful ! The couple times I’ve used the tent so far has been great ! Can’t wait to keep using it for my vendor events.

Disappointed!! I just started doing pop up events with this tent, my very first event went terribly wrong during set up. The frame to hold up the tent started to bend because the actual tent cover doesn't fit! Unfortunately for me, I cannot return it, because I didn't test this tent out once I received it, so now I'm stuck with it.As an update to the above comment, I will say this.....The company reached out to me regarding my concerns for the frame. They requested photos of the frame, which was then submitted. They were excellent in providing swift service in order to get this corrected and of course apologized about the mishaps. I was really upset about the situation and they were really understanding in how this effected my business because first impression of a business is everything. After all the photos was submitted they issued a replacement frame. I received the package and upon opening the black casing that the tent is held in, it looked like they tested it out....but that was a lie.I finally opened the replacement tent just to have a part fall out, then the middle lock pad in the center was bent. Mind you, this was a replacement for the 1st SAME issue. I am highly disappointment, the only thing I can possibly say is that the customer service has been great but the product results is a complete fail.

Easy to use and it looks great. I only rated it a 4 because in mild wind it was not all staying in place. The Velcro fasteners do come apart in wind so we had to adjust it a few times. Also, the second time I put it up there was a minor misalignment in one corner and it ripped the roof about 4 inches. This is of course disappointing even tho it was my fault for not double checking each corner to ensure perfect fit while expanding it. I had no idea it rips that easy instead of resist enough to get my attention first. I'd imagine most of them are like this, but it would be nice for the eperts to help us prevent immediate damage with some minor reinforcement or some warning print, as I'm not the only one setting it up.

I made the mistake of buying a "used - very good" 8X8. When I set it up for the first time, one of the locking mechanisms on a leg broke in the up position - I could not lower then tent. I had to break the leg to lower and disassemble the tent.When assembled, it is a nice canopy tent with all the side walls up. I would have been happy with it. So, is the tent quality questionable, or did I make the mistake of ordering a used item? Not sure.Due to bad weather, I waited to long to set it up, so could not return it. When I tried to purchase a replacement frame from the manufacturer (China), they were very responsive, but they didn't seem to understand what I was requesting (after numerous emails) so that was a dead end.Update: The China manufacturer very actually very helpful and they sent me replacement parts as soon as I was able to give the their product number (on the shipping box). The parts arrived in a few days. They were great. Because of the great customer service, I update my review to 5 stars.

I ordered this canopy last September (September 26th 2022 to be exact) to use for tailgating. I wanted something with sides for shade and protection from wind and rain. When I received it, I did unbox the canopy but never took it out of its carrying case. It sat in my garage in its carrying case unopened until September 2nd of this year. I took the canopy out of the carrying case to do a practice setup before our home opener and found the lower button on one leg to be broken. When I inquired about purchasing a new button, Ivy (from Quictent) promptly responded that the tent was still under warranty and they would send me a replacement button free of charge. I inquired about installation instructions for the button and was informed the button itself was difficult to install (which proved to be true) and that Quicitent would be sending me an entire leg assembly. The leg assembly arrived within a week and I installed it very quickly (less than 20 minutes). I want to thank Quictent (and especially Ivy) for the quick (less than 12 hour) responses to my numerous emails and for the extremely strong backing of their product.
