Amazing!! These are so good for healing tennis elbow.
I bought two of these. I thought it looked goofy but interesting concept. The design is genius. I have never found anything that helps for my tennis elbow this much. It increases blood flow exactly where I need it. I can't get this with dumbbells at the gym. You really need resistance at the tip of finger extension to fix tennis elbow. I extend my wrists and fingers, and hold it for as long as I can, then take a minute break and start over. I do about 5 sets like this (around 15 minutes). It increases blood flow so much on the top of the forearm and it helps to heal tendon injuries. I can't believe somebody designed and manufactured this gadget. I salute you.

I recommend it
Great for finger strength, having individual control for each finger.

It's a little hard to get used to...
...but it seems to be doing it's job! My palm is gaining strength just like I wanted it to, so no issues with that!

Good for Duprytren Contracture
Wow where do I begin let's begin with the beautiful box that this came in I don't think I've ever gotten a nicer box from an Amazon delivery before. I have to say that this is a very high quality item the buckle on it the wristband everything is really high quality you can just tell that somebody really cares about how this product turns out. I bought it because I have dupretryn contracture and that will cause your hand to close and become limited. So I wanted to buy this to wear it to stretch out my hand as opposed to close it. Whether this would work for you or not really depends on how big your hands are I have a little hand and it fits pretty good for me. it's got a lot of different ways to adjust the tension. It's not something that I think I would wear for a long period of time but it will be helpful to put it on for a little bit and keep my hand extended for short periods of time.***I have been keeping this on my wrist throughout the day and will put the rubber bands on periodically throughout the day. I'm noticing that my hand has been improving! So I'm super excited that it's a good product and helping.

Decent
The media could not be loaded. The finger tips attached to the skinny part of the alastic arms where it flexes turns white. Over time this will end up snapping or ripping. The molds for this need to be thicker where when they are stretched out will not turn white and end up ripping. Finger holes are not really form fitting. An Eastern region product. And it's blue btw not orange. Not much of a tension workout, though over time it will only get easier and not work. Better to see weights on the wrist, and more of an alastic tension design, and finger tip form fit would be better. Other then that it is what was purchased.

waist of money
My son really wanted to try this out and is so concentrated on grip strength. The idea is there but it doesn't work. This from a arthritis stand point or even neuropathy standpoint might help range of motion or get blood circulating but I really doubt it.
