Very sturdy
These are fantastic! I wanted the next model up but couldn't find them anywhere so I settled for these and they are great. Already build 2 work tables for each set. They're adjustable to the ground you are working on and they fold away so they don't take up a lot of space like traditional saw horses. Definitely worth it!

Highly practical and built to last
Always a pleasure to find something better than expected. It is a solid, extremely stable sawhorse, not too heavy and well designed. The legs are locked in for an easy handling and storage. They open up easily, in the right order clearly indicated on the side of the frame. The height adjustment mechanism works like a breeze. The top height matches most standard work tables like my Workmate. The upper side of the frame is covered with anti slippery material. I bought the pair and so far I’ve been pleasantly surprised by their convenience and practicality. I strongly recommend them.

Making my sawhorse dreams come true
So, I've been using the same pair of crummy store brand plastic saw horses for the past 10 years for home remodeling projects... nothing commercial, just puttering around and doing normal house things (refinishing doors, painting stuff, building flowerboxes, sanding projects, etc). The last time I used that rickety old set, I was so done with them I swore it would really be **the last time** I used them - and I researched options. After reading a bazillion reviews, I ordered a pair of the C650. I couldn't be happier. Here are the main benefits, from an amateur's point of view:* They're sturdier than you can imagine. Heavy, solid steel. They don't tip over or shimmy out of place.* All 4 legs have swivel-out padded feet, so you're not going to scratch up your floors indoors and/or sink into dirt outdoors.* They fold up compactly, so I can tuck them away & not trip over them.* Adjustable height or, as I like to think of it, the awesome Back-Saving Feature. A standard pair of 28" tall saw horses would fit *underneath* these when they're at maximum extension. It's great to not have to stoop over for a few hours when sanding down a big slab of butcher block.Highly recommend.

Heavy and strong
Used them hard over 2 days as saw horses. I discovered a couple of issues. The locking leg supports are very weak. Mine bent during the first hour. Easy to straighten as it’s soft metal. But if you shift the load while on the horses they can bend and twist. Static load is great. Also after you bolt a 2X6 (sacrificial) cut board to the tops the carry handle hidden. And if used as a table the cross 2X4s don’t touch the table top unless you remove your cut boards. The brackets that hold the table cross boards, you need to extra careful to insure clearance from saw blades. Takes some getting used to as I nicked one. So some minor things to consider. Overall they worked great. Very heavy duty. Will buy a second set but cut off the brackets to use as horses only. In table form makes a great router table stand as legs adjust vertically.

It gives me another work area
I like the weight. approximately 42 pounds for both. These, tied together with the heavy plywood surface, make a workbench that does not rock or move without effort. I wanted it to extend my enclosed woodworking shop in the basement and give me a surface for hand planing and assembly. It was hard to screw the 2x4s to the horizontal surfaces of the sawhorses because I had to flip the assembled sawhorses to access the holes. This is a once-only operation and is worth doing. Though the carton showed no external damage, the upper component of a single leg was slightly bent, making height adjustment difficult. This would be a problem if I were moving the sawhorse to job sites but as it will stay where it is, I did not lower the overall rating.

Outstanding Product for a versatile Sawhorse
Very solid for cutting and polishing small slabs of granite, some carpentry and cutting dry wall off of. They turn into a sturdy work table with a couple of boards and a piece of plywood which is SOOO handy to have. They are very easy and quick to adjust to uneven ground and height and also have foot pads for working on softer ground that stay on top of the ground. Small folding cleats on the legs make it handy to stash a 4' straight edge underneath on legs. We had a warranty issue and Tough Built made it right! Very impressed with the product and customer service. Great people to deal with.
