You can try xxxlg but it is very roomy- perhaps a xxlg would be large enough I weigh 160 and medium very roomy on me

Q: What is the Hip width?

I just took a rough measurement, they used the entire width of the fabric or 45 inches side to side so a total hip measurement of 90 inches. This is why it is my favorite, comfy!

Q: I am under five feet, 180 lbs woukd the xl be too long?

I ordered a Medium I am 125-130lbs and about 5ft tall. When I first recieved my nightgown it was long almost to the floor, since the material is 100% cotton and has been washed more than several times it has shrunk in length only, however I love my night gown and would miss it if I didn't have it. Even after several plus washings it still looks new. I love it! Thanks for this opportunity to share, Jan

Q: What size shud a ladies size 16 get?

I am a 12-14 and purchased these in a large and medium. Both are too big. I would suggest a small if you are about a medium shirt or a medium if you wear a large shirt. I wouldn’t suggest you buy a large unless you are a size 20-22. These gowns are also VERY roomy and supremely comfortable 360 days a year. I bought 5 of the same style and am SO glad I invested all that money in them. They wear extremely well!!!
