Waste product
Waste of Time and MoneyI purchased this product with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has proven to be nothing short of a disappointment. From the very beginning, the quality was subpar, and it didn’t deliver on any of its promises. The features were either faulty or non-functional, leaving me frustrated and regretful of my purchase.The design, which initially seemed promising, turned out to be cheap and poorly constructed. Even basic tasks that the product was supposed to handle well were either ineffective or impossible. To make matters worse, the customer service was unhelpful when I reached out for support.Overall, this product is a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise anyone to steer clear of it. Worst product ever i have received from amazon
Product stopped working after 3months..and now pigeon service centre is worst they took 2 months to replacing and sending me new blender.But unfortunately new blender is extremely worst..that is not User friendly. I am not able to turn on..seems like it is show case for me.Later I approached to service centre and he shown me that it is fine now I go back.and he closed the complaint.But that Blender I can't use it, even my whole family tried but we are not able to turn it on.After that I started calling customer care of pigeon..they were giving me.same repetitive reply and telling visit service centre..also pigeon customer care is so worst that they giving me service centre address everytime which is shut down even..and they have no idea at all..Now situation is so worst..that pigeon customer care remember my name and number ..So they either disconnect my call middle of discussion or even don't pick my call...I heard from background when they pick my call..discussing internally...are abhi to baat ki thi, kya baat karu (now only spoken her, what to talk now)..and then.again disconnected my call..I was calling back to back as no proper response from pigeon customer care..Many time in previous they told they will call me back...but.they never called back..I never seen this much worst customer care who cannot support customers.So guys...never buy pigeon product...But later I complaint to Amazon about pigeon, so finally Amazon took action..and raised return request and refunded my amount.Thanks to Amazon.But no more piegon brand anymore

Read this before you decide to buy
This blender is one of the best in the market and most of the negetive comments (except for the genuine defective pieces which are common in mass manufacturing) are due to incorrect use.The device comes with a safety feature unlike other sub1000 blenders which turn on even when the jar is open leading to serious injury (check YouTube for blender injury)The light blinks because of the jar not tightly closed(requires a bit more force)The blender only switches on if the jar is tightly closed or else it will just blink.Manufacturer could have given a more detailed instruction.I've been using the blender continually since 6months and have no issues. One full charge can get me upto 4days of blending fruit and protein mix smoothie twice a day.Update:Now using in 2024 and still going strong

Worst product. Unable to use this product.
The media could not be loaded. Worst product I ever had in my life. No use of at all. Since the time I have purchased I was able to use till the time it had charging, after when the charging is over I am unable to charge it. I doesn’t charge at all. And because of this I can’t use this product at all. Even though this is under warranty I can’t even get in touch with pigeon contact centrr. I think Amazon should stop selling such product on their app.
