Natural Nutra Vitamin B12 1000 mcg is a quality supplement. I purchased this for my husband because he is low in B12.He can't eat gluten, so this is good for him because it doesn't contain any. I also like that it is non-GMO and is slow release.I would buy this product again.

I had the Gastric sleeve surgery on 7/17/20 . While at my 2 wk post op appt. My Doctor said I should start this kind of supplement. I don’t swallow this pill, I use a pill crusher instead. I don’t feel sluggishOr drained while using this product. It has a little sweet taste. I like the price & the products size . I will continue to use this supplement. It came well sealed also.

Feeling Amazing!
I've noticed a major difference after taking these pills...although it took a few days to take effect (or for me to have a noticeable difference), I've really loved how I feel. I don't feel anxiety. I feel relaxed and happier all day. I missed taking them one day, and thought, "No big deal, I'll take it tomorrow." I did notice a difference...wish I'd just taken it later in the day anyway. I will for sure continue to purchase this product.
