The clothes steamer is wonderful. It heats up super fast. It does not leak water. I don't mind steaming either already dry clothes or wet clothes after removing them from the washing machine and placing the clothes on clothes hangers. I do not use spray starch or anything additional on the clothes. Please just be sure to use only distilled water in the machine. I find steaming my garments to be much faster than ironing clothes. I really do not like to iron clothes.

Really like this steamer. This is the third one I’ve owned and so far it’s definitely the best, even though it’s less expensive than the other 2. I like the table accessory and the steam head doesn’t leak like so many others do. I really love that I can turn it on and off with my foot. The water resovoir is really big so the steam lasts a long time! I use it in my vintage clothing boutique so it gets a LOT of use on a lot of delicate garments. Highly recommend.

The Steamer puts out hot steam BUT the Steamer Only Lasted 4 months as the handle on the steamer leaks hot water and handle gets very HOT and afraid hot steam is going to burst onto Face. Called AMAZON and they said I need to contact TC -JUNESUN Steamer Directly because the One-year warranty is through them, so I did go through the "ask a question " like Amazon representative instructed me to because they had no contact information for them. However, I am not able to make contact with them through the Chat because its options are for returns or missing items and it all reverts you back to Amazon and not them and for return it states not valid for return. I had to re-order this item twice and now regret this company just wants to sell and run. Will update if any changes so buyer beware.

The stand iron has no wheel, so it makes hard to move around. It is not light weight that can easily carry and move around that is why returned the item.

I love how light it is. It was easy to put together without looking at the instructions. I love that the board tilts and I can steam at this angle as well. The amount of steam is incredible and the super fast heat up time is great. The only thing I didn't care for was the spitting of water on my garments. It also uses a lot of water. You can only turn it off and restart when you finish one garment and want to go to the next. It will keep steaming. It would be nice if there was a pause button on the steam head. I think for the price, it was a good purchase.

After about two months of regular use, which is about once a week, this hose portion has become exposed. It has been rendered unusable and I don’t see any way to repair it myself….**Update**Even though I had passed the time window to return the item the seller took the time to reach out to me and offer a solution. I was refunded the total amount for the item and I purchased the new version which had improvements made to address the issue I previously had. I am very satisfied with the customer service and final outcome.

This steamer is amazing! I received the wrong one at first, but as soon as I contacted Amazon, they had the correct one out the same day!

Somewhat awkward to use but did it's job for a year then smelled hot and just stopped working. Used it exactly as you are supposed to with only distilled water. So if you want one that is only going to last a year this is it. We need one that will last longer than that. This is the one time that I Should have bought the warranty!
