Flowers didn't bloom
These flowers were send to my aunt after surgery. The flowers didnot bloom. The appearance, quality and freshness wasn't there. I'm very disappointed with this order.

The floral arrangement was beautiful. However, it was advertised and documented as delivered next day. Took 2 days to get flowers. While I understand this, it would be appropriate to not promise next day delivery.

The flowers were a Valentine's Day gift for my wife. I was very disappointed with their appearance. Over half the flowers looked rotted. Poor condition overall and fewer flowers then advertised. Had the flowers been in better condition, the bouquet would have been beautiful.
