The belt fit my waist and belt loops. I can wear my shirt tucked in or out and adjust the belt accordingly.

I got this because I was losing weight and leather belts would become too loose or have to have additional holes punched in them and you could only space the holes in discreet increments like 1 inch apart. These belts are woven so can be set anywhere you need and the stretch allows them to hold snugly but not be so tight and rigid that it hurts, or so loose that you have to keep hiking your pants up.
