Has artificial sugar
at first i thought it would not be sweet at all...had not read the label...good i didnt add more in it..because the cream turned out to be sweet.!! it has artificial sweetner maltiliol.the taste is good no after taste.i made it in blender maybe just 30 secs...100ml ofmilk and 4 tbsp of powder...worked good for me....i think for thicker you may have to put more.

Quick, thick and sweetened but sugar-free
I mixed 1 cup of this powder with 1 cup of chilled water. Got fluffy, peaky cream in about about 7 minutes of whipping. I liked the taste better than that of Rich's cream (which I find too sweet and takes me too long to whip). If it is truly sugar-free, then it is a truly a gift to diabetics!

Bad after taste
Don’t go by the past reviews. There is such a bad after taste I couldn’t use it for my cake. Worst product ever
