Bought this for a gift for my sister for her baby shower. It arrived late, was broken and missing pieces. I had to return and find a replacement in 24 hours. It was disappointing to say the least.

Purchased this item for an upcoming couples Wedding Shower for my son and his fiance'. The item was shipped promptly and was as described by seller. It will be a unique guest book for this event, and a great keepsake for the couple. The only criticism I might have is that the included stands for the instruction card are a very tight fit upon installation, and cracked in half when removed. I had to purchase a small craft easel to display the card for the shower. Additionally, the wooden hearts are a bit difficult to write on using a Sharpie pen. The ink bleeds into the wood and is a bit messy if you're not really careful when writing. I'd prefer if the hearts were white to match the white frame.

I really loved this product I used it for my grandmother’s funeral and I added a picture of her it looked lovely we all wrote our love to her and how much we miss her. I had only one problem, the hearts were hard to put in so what I did was with the same foam that the product came with I cut a thin piece and I added it to the inside edge of the frame to put some space between the picture and the glass. At the moment of the funeral I left some of the back locks unlocked on the side that the hearts went in so they would just slide down better it worked. After everything was done I took the foam off and closed all the little locks in the back. I hope this helps anyone who is having trouble putting the hearts I loved it and I really do give it a 5 stars it looked beautiful and her hearts for her to have forever.

I did like this product. However, I didn’t like that I had to glue my photo to the back to get it to stick. The hearts did get stuck when people would drop them in so we had to constantly shake it so they would fall all the way to the bottom.
