Ignacio The Black Stallion - 18 Inch Stuffed Animal Plush

Saw the brown version of this exact plush horse in a mall for $40. I immediately researched it and found it here on Amazon for only $15! (I was happy to find it in black because I wanted it as a memorial to my black Friesian horse that I had to put down after nearly 20 years of a wonderful relationship.)This plush animal is great! But here are some "cons" if I had to nit-pick:It could use a little more mane and tail which is a little skimpy as you can see from the photo.The eyes are nice and brown but lack expression.The muzzle is disproportionately large compared to the jaw.But we are talking about a plush animal after all - it is still worth Five Stars!Now for the pros! Pros:It is a beautiful animal with overall excellent proportions!Great Price at $15 and free shipping! Yay!It has strong wires and poseable legs! You can pose it to lay down with the legs curled underneath or you can have it trotting, cantering, etc. Wires are thick and sturdy!The item is well made and stuffed just right to hold it's shape. Firm, but not hard - certainly not floppy or squishy. Feels like quality fibers, not styrofoam or cheap stuffing. Body gives with some pressure and bouces right back into shape.The seams are sewn extremely well and the body curves are pretty accurate, such as the shape of the mass of the hind legs, shoulder, rump, etc. See detailed photos.I must confess, since this was purchased in memory of my Friesian, I added some "improvements" to the model. I added more mane and tail, very full like my horse had, and I made customized felt eye lids to give the eyes more expression. You can see the results in one of the photos. However, it is still a beautiful plush horse and is fantastic "as is", without my additions.Regardless of my own doings on it, this plush horse is well made overall with lots of built-in charm!

I LOVE this horse, it is so lifelike in that it looks as though it is filled with love! So soft, sturdy movables legs offering for different positions in a life like manner and the face is sweet as the horse seems to have kind eyes!I bought this horse along with a fox and mole to become the characters of the book: The boy ,the mole, the fox, the horse written by Charlie Mackesy. This book is amazing and I needed an amazing horse along with a mole and fox to become the life of the book as the book was being read to my nieces and nephews by their parents.The horse was the favorite companion indeed to the children! I purchases three of these horses to go to three families :)

I love this horse, he is very cute and well-made. I ordered it as a Christmas present for my 9 yo daughter who loves horses and needed one to sleep AND play with.If you're looking for strictly a bedtime plush, I wouldn't quite recommend this but it isnt a problem for me as I anticipated this. The legs are very bendable however it IS noticable, it's not a floopsie, overly stuffy plush but it is soft. The wires are as well hidden as claimed. It looks just like the pictures and does stand on it's own, which I would've shown but already wrapped up and put under the tree lolThis is a great product, arrived clean, no weird smells or loose threads and was bagged up in the box. I definitely recommend this product and will come back for future purchases (:

Beautiful horse!!! Very well made and soft and cuddly. Love how you can bend the legs for any position Stands up very well. Can’t wait to give it to my Great Grandbaby
