Q: Can this product be poured 3/4'' layers up to a total of 1.5''? looking to use for a river table.

For a 1.5 inch thick river for your table we recommend doing your pour over 2 days time. You can pour your initial 3/4 of an inch torching as you build it up every 1/4 inch or so for a bubble free application. You want to allow your 3/4 inch pour cure for 24 hours for it to harden then we recommend coming back and sanding the hardened epoxy surface and building up your pour and finishing up your river for the second 3/4 of an inch to reach your full 1.5 inch depth of pour and having the second pour cure to a harden for an additional 3/4 of an inch. This would be a 48 our total process but that would be the best recommended way to achieve a 1.5 inch total deep pour. Sanding in between pours helps to eliminate any seams between pours and the self leveling nature of our products will fill in and create a great mechanical bond between layers.

Q: Is this for jewelry and casting objects only, or can I use on the top of my bar? Or do you have a different product for counter and bar tops?

Stonecoat is a great product formulated for different types of projects. The one formulated for counter tops is what you should use for several reasons. It is important for you to have a low VOC, highly durable product for that and even with the counter top product, you want it to cure completely for at least 3-4 weeks before heavy use. After that it is practically indestructible. Go to their you tube channel and watch the tutorial on countertops. It's well worth the time before you spend the money. We do counter tops and wouldn't use anything else.

Q: What is the demold time for supercast, in a pressure pot?

Supercast is a deep pore that takes 3 days to dry. You should not need a pressure pot

It depends on the final project. We typically want ALL of our epoxy products to have the durable finish of Stonecoat Countertop.
