I have been trying to find an Iron supplement in capsule form and I have found this.. and it's with folic! I easily ran out of energy at work and my paleness is noticeable. And then I found out I had a low hemoglobin. I was advised to take iron supplement. I have a sensitive stomach that's why I looked for a capsule form. This is easy to swallow. So far so good. I didn't have any constipation issues and my energy has gone back to normal. I am on my second bottle!

I found that taking this made a real difference within a week. Good product. I would buy again.

I take iron tablets daily for general health.These seem as good as other brands out there.Easy to swallow with a decent drink of water, no after taste or side effects.High strength, 2 months supply and added extra of folic acid.Well packed and priced. Highly recommend. Thank you

For years I’ve suffered with low iron and folic acid so these are perfect for me as it’s the two.It’s not the highest does and if you really do struggle these can help boost but if the symptoms continue is definitely worth going to the doctors for a blood test to check levels.So due to my deficiencies I am constantly tired but struggle to actually sleep, I find it difficult to concentrate, my hair nails and skin are a poor condition.Since using these my Energy levels have increased slightly ( not completely as i still need to get the bedtime routine down!) my hair and nails are growing back.It’s really difficult for the body to be able to absorb iron and it has been recommended to me by professionals when eating I am products such as red meat broccoli etc or taken iron tablets to do so with pure orange juice as it helps the body to absorb the iron.These have really worked well for me to the point I will be buying this brand from now on. Especially as it’s only one way to swallow tablet

Very easy to swallow with no after taste 👍ADULTS: One capsule daily or as advised by a healthcare professional. Take capsule with water after food for maximum absorption. Do not chew. Do not exceed the recommended intake.Always read the product directions before use. Keep out the reach and sight of children. Store in a cool dry place below 25°C. Protect from light.

The main problem with most iron suppliments is their affect on the stomach & bowels. This however, is one of the few I've tried & experienced literally zero side-effects whatsoever!The problem with Iron is that it is NOT easily abrorbed in the body and whilst red meat is by far the best way to boost iron levels, for those of us like myself, who try and avoid meat this is a near perfect formulation. For starters the Iron strength whilst not that high comes in its most easiest tolerated and absorbed form - ferrous sulfate, its a vegan formulation & it comes with that all important & complimentary Folic acid (helps make red blood cells). The price may not be the cheapest I've seen, but for that side-effect free experience, ease of use and the fact that its a good, yet tolerable strength & vegan formulation, makes it five stars from me!

Since i was at school i have had to take iron supplements due to iron deficiency anaemia. I didn't find these iron tablets hard to swallow and they didn't give me an upset stomach either so that was good. You are getting 60 vegan capsules that are high strength and you take one a day so this container will last you nearly 2 months.As well as containing iron the capsules also include folic acid so you are getting the best of both in one capsule instead of having to take each one individually. I have tried "SynBio" supplements before and know them to be a trusted brand. I am happy with these supplements and wouldn't hesitate to purchase them again.
