I love these little inhalers! Came a week before indicated. Much better looking and works better than a Vicks inhaler. Put one on my desk, one by my bed, one in my truck. I was hoping that mine was just old - not true. Mine was created only 3 months ago - absolutely fresh and sealed. I did not notice any menthol in the scent and it did not ease nasal breathing. The scent is of earthy Indian spices - the way your clothes smell after eating at an Indian buffet. The jar is nice enough. The inner cap is removable so it can be refilled or the scent changed
