Not igniting properly .. Total time waste and Money waste... Even AED 100 stovr will perform better than this... Worst quality...

product quality not good
HiThe Nikai 5 burner gas hob purchased recently, we connected and starts using, the very firsts usage itself, it shows the black mark on the metal chase near the burner we used. Is it because of bad quality material and is it possible to return the same.

Missing parts in the box
Buy at your own risk, there is no guarantee you will get all the parts in the box.They have branches in India but when you need missed out parts then these branches are useless, customer service ask you to get the parts from Dubai.Gas pressure is very low, it takes longer to cook things even though you follow given instructions on using the right pan size to avoid waste of energy.Looking at the product and customer service I got, I do not recommend this product.

Product look's smart but not functioning properly
I got the hob in Abu Dhabi for my home country India. however the center burner is not working properly when installed and need to some assistance to fix-it.try to contact the support team here in India as per the catalog but both are responded as wrong number.is any chance to provide your authorized / nominated agent here in India to fix the issue?my location here in India is Trichy city, Tamil Nadu - India.
