I went to many doctors ear nose and throat doctors audiologist and none of them told me how to cure my tinnitus like this book. Only one audiologist knew the cure like the author. The author does an excellent job explaining and teaching everything about tinnitus he is an expert. I had tinnitus for 10 years due to being next to a loudspeaker. I listened to the pink noise for eight hours a day like the author says in his book and it helped lower my tinnitus a lot. My tinnitus bothered me a lot before I found this book it was very hard for me to cope with my tinnitus every day all day I had to listen to sound machines 24/7 to mask my tinnitus so I could have relief and now I do. Thanks, peter my tinnitus is much better and i am going to be cured if I listen to the pink noise 8 hours a day for a year.

This is an excellent book journaling the author trip to fix his tinnitus problem. He is a pioneer in this field. His simple explanation about his method give us hope to cure our tinnitus. I found this book to be extremely useful ....much appreciate for the author to share his story and cure with the rest of the worldStan

testo che mi aveva dato una speranza in realtà pochi concetti ripetuti. Addirittura le stesse frasi riportate in pagine differenti. Traduzione pessima, in alcuni passaggi addirittura incompremsibile. Affermazioni a volte molto opinabili basate su esperienza personale poco generalizzabile. Anche il sito davvero inutile. Parla di lettori e cuffie che nemmeno si trovano più in commercio. No, decisamente soldi buttati e delusione. Ci speravo.....

It is helping me coping with the first shock after developing tinnitus and has motivated me to try to heal myself. I will follow the treatment and suggestions of the author. I also contacted him by mail with some questions and has writen back and helped me.

This book is really easy to read, informative and offers clear steps to follow. The author is very responsive and answers any questions. A good man.
