Horrible Packing Item Arrived damaged
I wish I could tell you what it tastes like. Apparently they don’t bubble wrap glass jars and the product arrived in a million pieces. Smelled good…😏

Awesome Red Enchilada sauce!
Being from the southwest and having to travel to the East it was great to find great tasting authentic Hatch New Mexican Red chili. I can now make and enjoy my very own Enchiladas just like home.

Not all that spicy
This salsa advertises as very hot. It is not.It's okay, but I would not go out of my way to buy it again.

This comes chunky and not smooth like Young Guns Hatch.

You Can Do Better
I'm originally from Hatch. This stuff just doesn't cut it. Not a fresh taste, not a good color, and over-priced given the result. Did I detect the taste of mole lurking underneath? Putting "Hatch Chile" on the label doesn't make it so.
