The quality
I use green bananas to make pastelles . The quality of the ground product is very important. The ingredients like salt, achote, and other seasonings are absorbed in the bananas and are the flavor enhancers of the pastelles. This product was great in what I wanted. I’m very happy with my first order from this company.

Soft
The bananas were really soft when cooked. Really good. More than worth the wait.

My bananas arrived already ripe
This was 3rd time for me to buy. Previously quality was good but this time bananas arrived already soft and a bit sweet. I called Amazon to complain. I got only$5 back and lost the rest. The seller was supposed to reach out for replacement BUT to date no replacement. So I LOST my money. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Was good
Was really great. But the only thing it took time to ship it and they arrived ripe. So I had to eat ripe bananas instead of matoke. Was a high price to pay for ripe bananas for sure.

Best green bananas....they sent plantains for my second order
They stayed green for weeks. I just put them in the fridge after the first few days because I couldn't eat them all.I ordered a second time and I was sent 6 plantains for 25.99. I am waiting for a fix then I will come back with an update
