No, it does not have an expansion arm. We offer other Bira trimmers that do in a variety of sizes.

Q: Does this have a finger guard? Talks about plastic to prevent finger smudge but what about finger guard?

Yes, the paper clamp/smudge guard allows you to hold the paper while cutting without creating finger smudges and also protecting your fingers from crossing into the cutting area as a finger guard.

Q: will this cut card sleeves? I have some board games that have weird size cards and I'm trying to trim fit the sleeves.

Yes it will cut them. If they are a thin material I would cut a piece of card stock to fit inside to stablize it before cutting. Some sleeves are slippery so this should help.
