Who could complain about a small, unobtrusive guillotine cutter for your craft desk? This is so small that I have to remind myself that there’s no need to swipe the blade down with the force that is required on my large guillotine. The measurements are easy to see and read. I like that. Now here are a couple complaints that I first had, but easily came up with a solution for.Yes, the finger guard, paper gripper, is wiggly, and doesn’t hold the paper nearly tight enough. Consequently, the paper wiggles sometimes and you end up with a misaligned cut. As delivered, cutting a very narrow strip accurately would be nearly impossible. There is good news for those of you who already own this cutter, and I’ve shared a picture of my ‘fix’.The fix involves removing the clear guard and attaching thin foam mounting tape on the reverse side. Once in place I removed the paper from the remaining side and thoroughly worked it over by pressing a cotton cloth onto it, which eliminated most stickiness. This now firmly presses on the paper, and you just lift it slightly to get the paper under the clear guard.Hopefully the manufacturer will consider making this addition to the cutter and then it will do its job correctly, 100% of the time.

Arrived quickly and in excellent condition as advertised. I ordered several different brands of these mini paper cutters. I needed several for various office desks and work surfaces in my art studio. I now have them at my finger tips on every work surface and desk and I use them often. As I was trying to decide which kind to purchase, I just thought why not get a variety. This style is just as good and effective as the more expensive Tim Holz Brand. ( Yes, I order that one too) I recommend any of these trimmers you might wish to buy. I use mine almost every day.

This item met my every need, I wanted it to be small and it was, wanted it to be portable and it was, and I wanted it to be sharp and that's what it is! Highly recommend it.

Not very durable and the cut wasn't good.

It was smaller than I thought but does,a greatjob. Pleased with it.
